THE PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA:

When you enter a contract with us, we process personal data to fulfil the contractual obligation to provide payment services and to fulfil legal requirements, including requirements related to AML regulation, hence we store relevant information based on legitimate interest.


CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA

To meet legal requirements including, but not limited to AML regulations, we process data on management and ultimate beneficial owners of the companies that we serve, including name, ID, company connection, payment information, information on payment transactions, ownership information, information about political exposure (PEP), family relations or business relations to PEP.


RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

We will only disclose information to the extent that we are entitled or required to do so by law or when we obtain your consent to do so. The recipients of information may be our external auditor, tax authorities, supervisory authorities.


WHERE YOUR PERSONAL DATA ORIGINATES

The information used to establish a contractual relationship comes from yourself and from public registers, including CVR.


DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

We will retain your personal data in accordance with the limitation law and retain data according to the lawfulness of processing the personal data.

Payment data will in general be stored 5 years after expiration of the calendar year. Costumer data and transactions data which is necessary to document compliance with AML regulation will be retained 5 years after expiration of the customer relation. Data related to the fulfilment of the contractual obligation with your company is in general stored for 3 years but can be stored up to 10 years after the expiration of the customer relation based on limitation laws.

Backup of data will be deleted no later than 1 year after obtaining new data.


MARKETING

We only send out marketing material by e-mail to persons who are customers of ZTLment ApS and who have consented to the receipt of marketing material or if they have signed up in advance for this and in this connection given their consent for us to send the material on an e-mail. You can revoke your consent at any time or, as an existing customer, inform you that you do not wish to receive marketing material from us.


AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING AND PROFILING

We do not use automated decision-making.


THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

If the processing of your information is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us at the contact details set out above.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, it will not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent and up to the time of withdrawal.
